"Support actually came through fast"
I had an issue and expected the usual back-and-forth nonsense, because that’s how it usually goes with support teams. But nope — they fixed it quickly and didn’t make it a whole drawn-out thing. Credit where it’s due, they helped when I actually needed it.

"I uploaded my resume and, yeah, it..."
I uploaded my resume and, yeah, it did get a few recruiter views, so that part worked. I guess I just expected a bit more from Monster. Like, I was hoping for more messages or actual follow-ups, but there really weren’t many. It’s not bad, just kind of okay so far

"Honestly, uploading my resume was easier than I expected"
I uploaded my resume on monster.com and was relieved by how simple it was. It automatically filled in most of my profile for me, which saved a lot of time. I only had to tweak a few little things, but it was quick and not confusing at all.

"Canceling my account was straightforward..."
Canceling my account was straightforward and worked fine overall. i was expecting a bit more hassle, since some companies seem to make you jump through hoops when you’re trying to leave, but this one went through without any real issues.

"Pretty good job listings overall"
I found the job listings to be solid. They seemed legit and, actually, they were updated regularly too, which made browsing a lot easier.

"Monster let way too many shady job posts through"
I really wanted to give monster a fair shot, but it just made me mad. I kept coming across spammy listings, sketchy recruiters, and jobs that looked completely fake or like they were only trying to grab my personal info. That’s on monster for not doing a better job filtering this stuff out. Searching for a job is stressful enough without having to dodge scams the whole time. Total waste of my time.

"Wish I’d Tried Monster Sooner for Clear Pricing"
I used monster for a job posting, i kind of regret not checking it out earlier because the pricing was straightforward. Before I checked out, it was clear what I was paying for, and I didn’t get hit with any random surprise charges afterward, which was a relief.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that a few of the add-ons felt a little pushy, so I had to slow down and double-check what was actually included. Still, the billing was clear overall, and canceling after my posting ended wasn’t a hassle

"Pretty solid matches most of the time"
Overall, the job matches have been good on most days. Reading between the lines, it seems like the system understands what I’m looking for well, even if every match isn’t perfect

"Surprisingly easy to use for job hunting"
I’ve been using monster.com for a few weeks now, i didn’t expect much at first, but it’s been easy to get around. Searching for jobs is straightforward, and the filters actually do help cut down the clutter.
Uploading my resume was quick, and I like being able to save jobs without having to click through a bunch of extra stuff. The site has loaded fine for me too, which I guess should be expected, but still, it’s nice when it just works.
My only real gripe is that some job posts could use more details, though that’s probably more on the employers than the site. Overall, I have to admit it’s been smooth, simple, and not nearly as annoying as I thought job hunting online might be

"The job alerts actually work for what I need"
I’ve been happy with Monster’s job alerts so far. The roles I get are usually close to what I’m actually looking for, instead of wasting my time with random stuff I’d never apply to. I don’t really want to check job sites every single day, so having decent matches show up for me has made things a lot easier

"Got replies way faster than I thought!!"
I uploaded my resume to monster and didn’t expect much, but I ended up getting more replies than I thought!! A few employers reached out within the first week, which hasn’t really happened for me on some other job sites. Not every job was a perfect fit, but the response rate was solid in my experience.

"Reminds me to stay on top of my privacy"
I’ve used monster on and off when job hunting, and the privacy settings are mostly easy to figure out. I like that I can control my alerts and decide how visible my profile is without digging around too much. I do wish the data sharing stuff was explained a little more clearly, since that’s something I pay more attention to now. Overall, it feels manageable.

"Genuinely useful for getting interviews"
I didn’t expect anything magic, but it helped me get interviews faster than I thought. If you’re job hunting, anything that saves time and gets your resume in better shape is worth considering. Solid experience overall.

"Pretty good, but it has its moments"
I’ve been using the Monster app for job searching, it works well overall. Applying from my phone is easy, which I appreciate. That said, the filters randomly resetting gets annoying, and it kind of feels like the app should have that figured out by now. Still, I did find a few decent jobs through it, so I can’t complain too much.

"I expected the whole job application process to..."
I expected the whole job application process to be a nightmare, but it was ridiculously easy. I uploaded my resume, sent out a few applications, and somehow didn’t feel like pulling my hair out once. It was way faster than I thought it would be, which felt like a tiny miracle.
